Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made on Terrashoppy (“Platform”, “Website”), owned and operated by BIZBRICK GROWTHWELL PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

By placing an order on the Platform, you agree to the terms of this Policy.


1. General Overview

Terrashoppy operates as a marketplace platform where third-party Sellers list and sell products.
Return, refund, and cancellation requests are governed by this Policy and, where applicable, Seller-specific terms.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, or

  • It materially differs from the product description

The return request must be raised within [7 / 10 / 14] days of delivery (choose one and keep consistent).


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Digital products or services

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page


4. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your Terrashoppy account

  2. Go to My Orders → Select the product

  3. Submit a return request with reason and supporting images (if applicable)

Returns are subject to verification and approval by the Seller and/or Platform.


5. Refund Policy

5.1 Approved Refunds

Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank

5.2 Partial or Denied Refunds

Refunds may be:

  • Partially approved for used or damaged items not caused by Seller fault

  • Denied if the product does not meet return conditions


6. Order Cancellation
6.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible

6.2 Seller / Platform Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Compliance or policy violations

In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.


7. Impact on Agent Commissions

  • Commissions earned by Agents are linked to successful and completed orders

  • If an order is returned, refunded, or cancelled:

    • Associated commissions may be reversed or adjusted

    • The Company reserves the right to recover paid commissions in such cases


8. Seller Responsibility

  • Sellers are responsible for product quality, authenticity, packaging, and delivery

  • Sellers must honor valid return and refund requests as per Platform policies

  • Failure to comply may result in penalties or suspension


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Terrashoppy may act as a facilitator between Customer and Seller

  • The Company’s decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws


10. Policy Abuse

Any misuse of the return or refund process, including false claims or repeated abuse, may result in:

  • Account suspension or termination

  • Denial of future return requests


11. Changes to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
